Our services

Ludwig Center GmbH operates the Skandidorf restaurant website. You can read restaurant information, enquire about or book a table, send a group enquiry and order value vouchers. This information concerns our digital services, not physical access to the restaurant.

How voucher ordering works

1. Choose a voucher value or enter your preferred amount between €10 and €500 in €5 increments. Other amounts show a red error message with examples of valid amounts.
2. Choose free collection or postal delivery within Germany for €3.50. Postal delivery requires a delivery address. Your name and email address are needed for the confirmation.
3. Review your details and the total. You can go back and make changes before submitting. Collection is a non-binding reservation. Use “Order with obligation to pay” to place a postal order; we accept it with our email order confirmation.
4. The postal order email includes readable bank details and a payment reference. A Girocode is also provided but does not have to be used. Delivery takes 5–7 working days after payment is received. Collection is paid for at the restaurant.

No account is required for vouchers or withdrawals. The “Withdraw from contract” link in the voucher terms opens the withdrawal form. After checking your details, submit your statement with “Confirm withdrawal” and receive a receipt.

Operation and presentation

The applicable requirements are set out in Germany’s Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and its implementing regulation, including the requirements for e-commerce. Content and functions must be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. WCAG 2.2 Level AA guides our technical implementation.

• Headings, lists, labelled form fields and text content support screen readers. Required fields and errors are identified in text, not just through colour.
• Links and forms can be operated with a keyboard. Keyboard focus is visibly highlighted. Use “Skip to content” to bypass navigation.
• The layout adapts to narrow screens and supports browser zoom. Important ordering and payment information is provided as text; the voucher illustration and Girocode are not required to use the service.
• Forms identify input errors at the relevant field. Before a binding submission, a review step lets you check and correct your details.

Review status: the revised ordering and withdrawal process is in test operation. A final assessment of the entire service, including assistive technologies and operational procedures, is still required before live release. This information is not a certificate of conformity.

If you cannot use a feature, tell us which page is affected and what happened. You do not need to provide information about a disability or your health. We will help with your request and investigate the barrier.
