1. Seller and voucher The seller is Ludwig Center GmbH, Brandenkopfstraße 3, 76189 Karlsruhe, Germany. Contact: gastro@skandidorf.de, telephone +49 170 4519477. Our value vouchers can be redeemed for food and drinks at the Skandidorf restaurant. They do not reserve a particular visit date. Redemption is available during restaurant opening hours, subject to availability; table reservations are agreed separately.

2. Postal orders and formation of the contract The display of vouchers is not yet a binding offer. By selecting “Order with obligation to pay”, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected voucher. Please check and correct your details before submitting. We accept your offer by an email expressly identified as the order confirmation; the purchase contract is concluded when you receive it. This email includes your order details, these voucher terms, the withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form for you to save. The contract language follows your choice of the German or English website. No customer account is required.

3. Voucher value, payment and delivery The voucher value can be chosen between €10 and €500 in €5 increments. Postal delivery within Germany costs an additional €3.50. We do not deliver to other countries. The total shown before submission includes all costs for the order. Pay by bank transfer to the account in the order confirmation, using your order number as the payment reference. The Girocode contains the same payment details. Your voucher is issued only after payment has been received. Delivery to the specified address in Germany takes 5–7 working days after receipt of payment.

4. Non-binding reservation for collection Online reservations for collection are non-binding and free of charge. They create no purchase contract, obligation to pay or obligation to collect. The reservation confirmation email does not accept an offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded in person at the restaurant when you collect, pay for and receive the voucher. You are welcome during restaurant opening hours; please bring your reservation confirmation or order number. There is no collection fee.

5. Redemption and validity The voucher is transferable. Partial redemption is possible; any remaining credit is retained for future visits. The voucher and remaining credit are subject to the statutory regular limitation period of three years, which generally starts at the end of the year of issue. The voucher is issued only after payment. No additional shorter redemption period applies. The voucher value or remaining credit cannot normally be exchanged for cash; statutory refund rights and other statutory claims remain unaffected.

6. Withdrawal and statutory rights Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal for vouchers purchased under a distance contract. Details and the optional model withdrawal form follow in the withdrawal instructions. A non-binding online reservation for collection is not yet a voucher purchase. These terms do not restrict statutory rights regarding defects or other mandatory consumer rights.

7. Consumer dispute resolution We are neither required nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Withdrawal instructions for online voucher purchases

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ludwig Center GmbH, Brandenkopfstraße 3, 76189 Karlsruhe, Germany, telephone: +49 170 4519477, email: gastro@skandidorf.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” link in the voucher terms (/en/withdrawal#widerrufsformular). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as an email, containing the substance of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Returning the paper voucher If you have already received the paper voucher, please return the original after declaring your withdrawal to Ludwig Center GmbH, Brandenkopfstraße 3, 76189 Karlsruhe, Germany. Please include your order number or other identifying details, if available. You bear the direct cost of returning the voucher if we informed you of this before you placed your order. If we promised to cover return postage when you ordered, that promise continues to apply. You can declare your withdrawal independently of returning the voucher. Statutory reimbursement deadlines remain unaffected. No return is necessary if the voucher has not yet been dispatched.

A voucher whose purchase has been reversed following withdrawal must not be redeemed. Our team handles the withdrawal and reimbursement.
