Returning a paper voucher
If you have already received the paper voucher, please return the original after declaring your withdrawal to Ludwig Center GmbH, Brandenkopfstraße 3, 76189 Karlsruhe, Germany. Please include your order number or other identifying details, if available. You bear the direct cost of returning the voucher if we informed you of this before you placed your order. If we promised to cover return postage when you ordered, that promise continues to apply. You can declare your withdrawal independently of returning the voucher. Statutory reimbursement deadlines remain unaffected. No return is necessary if the voucher has not yet been dispatched.

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ludwig Center GmbH, Brandenkopfstraße 3, 76189 Karlsruhe, Germany, telephone: +49 170 4519477, email: gastro@skandidorf.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” link in the voucher terms (/en/withdrawal#widerrufsformular). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as an email, containing the substance of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

A voucher whose purchase has been reversed following withdrawal must not be redeemed. Our team handles the withdrawal and reimbursement.
